I've needed this recipe several times and had access to the internet, so I decided to finally share it here.

This is a simple and delicious cake recipe.

Ingredients

• 5 eggs
• ¾ cup of sugar (can be brown sugar)
• ¾ cup of oil
• 2 cups of flour
• a pinch of vanilla sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• apples
• 150g of walnuts
• 150g of raisins
• fat and breadcrumbs for the pan

Instructions

Whisk together the whole eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and oil. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon, then beat until you have a smooth batter. Add the raisins and chopped walnuts, and mix well. The batter should be thick.

Wash, peel, and chop the apples into small pieces. Add the apple pieces to the batter and mix with a spoon.

Transfer the mixture into a greased and breadcrumb-coated baking pan.

Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).

After it cools down, you can dust it with powdered sugar.
